MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS


+ HOW DO I USE THE BLOGS?

Our blogs are meant to be copy and pasted as a blog post on your personal website. You can copy and paste into a Facebook post, as well. You can use any one of our stock images on our stock photos section to accompany your blog. Please do not share the blog link from LRE, paste it onto your site, then share. Otherwise, you would just be promoting LRE instead of your business.

+ HOW DO I USE MY LANDING PAGE

A landing page is a one page website, its sole focus is to get you leads via a call-to-action. Share your page on your social media pages, or attach the link via a button on your website. If your link is not auto-populating an image with your link on Facebook, attach a image and let the link sit above. + DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

LRE Social is an affordable DIY solution. Although our team provides/edits the graphics, our system provides all that we do for only $25 because of its template based feature. The $25 membership does not provide custom design services or additional training on how to use the material outside of what is provided in the coaching modules.

+ HOW DO I GET A DESIGN

You can explore through our design center to find the template you love, then fill out the form attached to the template. Our team will then reach out to collect your head-shot and brokerage logo, and additional content if needed, to complete your design.

+ I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER

Due to the massive amount of orders that get submitted daily, some email services filter our emails into spam. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any design deliveries/emails from our design team. If it’s not in spam, you can reach out to us at orders@ladiesofrealestate.com

+ WHAT IS A HEX CODE? WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

A hex-code is a 3-6 digit code that is assigned to colors. Since the color red has hundreds of shades, we request hex-codes to simplify the design process to get you the look you want on your template. We recommend searching for hex codes here:

+ A MODULE/TAB IS NOT OPENING

If a module is added that is not clickable, it’s a new upcoming feature that should be functioning within a week.

+ HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN I ORDER

There are no limits to the amount of designs you can order, however, please submit one design per category at a time. Wait to receive that design prior to submitting another one. This prevents a backlog in our system and helps us to get our designs to our members in a timely manner.

+ DO YOU OFFER ONE-ON-COACHING

We do not.

+ CAN I USE MY DESIGN ORDERS AS I WISH?

Absolutely! You can edit/use your customized designs in any way you wish. In regards to downloadable content, it can be used in your PERSONAL REAL ESTATE marketing only. We have had numerous agents giving away some of our digital content for free, this is strictly prohibited. Granting access to non-paying members of LRE Social digital content will have legal ramifications.

+ CAN I ASK FOR EDITS ON MY DESIGN I ORDERED?

You certainly can! We will be able to edit your design under the guidelines of the template forms. However, we cannot offer full customization.

+ CAN I USE THE STOCK PHOTOS AS I WISH?

Our licensing terms with our stock photographers gives you permission to use the stock photos so long as they are incorporated into your personal branding + marketing material. They cannot be provided to non-members for use. They must be used in your personal content.

+ DO YOU MANAGE INSTAGRAM?

We do not at this time. However, we are looking at software that will allow us to provide this feature for our members in the near future.

+ DO YOU PROVIDE LEADS?

We do not provide direct leads. Our templates and coaching, including our referral directory, are tools to provide indirect leads. You must use the tools and material to generate leads via your marketing platforms.

+ CAN I ORDER DESIGNS FOR MY TEAM?

Your membership grants you the ability to place design requests for yourself and for your team as a whole. However, you cannot place designs for members in your team/brokerage individually. If they would like customized content with their personal branding, they will need a paid account.

+ CAN I ORDER DESIGNS FOR OTHERS?

Ordering designs for non-paying members is strictly prohibited and can be terms for immediate closure of your account.

+ HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR AUTOMATED FACEBOOK POSTS?

The module for the automated Facebook posts can be found through your dashboard via the “Automated Facebook Posts” module.

+ WHEN ARE FACEBOOK POSTS PUBLISHED?

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and on holidays. There is no set times for the posts to publish, however, they are generally between the hours of 12 P.M. CST to 5 P.M. CST. You may, on occasion, see earlier or later posts.

+ CAN I EDIT THE FACEBOOK POSTS?

You’re more than welcome to click the “Edit” tab on your Facebook post and edit the provided text accompanied with your custom Facebook post image.

+ CAN I GET DIFFERENT FACEBOOK POSTS?

At this time, we do not provide a customized selection of posts. Nor do we have the ability to showcase the posts that will be published to your page. If are ever unhappy with a post, you’re more than welcome to delete from your page, as you will still have the same control of posts on your page.

+ MY AUTOMATED POSTS AREN’T SHOWING

Please be sure you connected your account per the instructions found on the “Automated Facebook Posts” module. Visit your Facebook settings, under “Page Roles” and make sure “Amanda Henderson” is listed as an editor. If you have connected it and posts have not gone through, you must make sure you’re not connected with another site’s auto-publishing tool using Dlvr.it If you use another site’s automated publishing tool and they use our same system, the two will bounce each other off, and that is why our posts will not publish to your page.

+ SECTION MISSING THIS MONTH’S CONTENT

LRE does its best to provide hundreds of tools. Often, these tools get refreshed every month. Please allow the first week of the month for content to update on a section. We may be slightly behind.

+ DO YOU HAVE OUR BROKERAGE LOGOS?

We do not save brokerage logos, or other member images, like head-shots. When you submit a design, our team will reach out to collect your head-shot and brokerage logo, and will provide the customized design to you. We do not have a system set in place to store graphics per member.

+ DO YOUR SINGLE PAGE WEBSITES PROVIDE IDX?

Not at this time.

+ CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SINGLE PAGE WEBSITES?

Only within the available customization requests provided on the form.

+ CAN I ADD BLOGS TO THE SINGLE-PAGE WEBSITES?

Our single-page sites are an affordable solution to provide branding for our agents. It does not provide a blogging/IDX feature at our current membership rate. At this time, we do not have an upgrade feature to incorporate these requests.

ACCOUNT QUESTIONS


+ AM I AUTO-BILLED?

Yes, you are charged on a monthly basis for your subscription until you cancel your account. Unless you have signed up for our annual subscription, which is billed annually.

+ IS THERE A CONTRACT?

Not at all! You can cancel anytime through your dashboard, towards the bottom, via the “Manage Subscription” tab.

+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you have utilized any part of the LRE Social membership program, you are not eligible for a refund for that month. However, you can cancel at anytime.

+ DO YOU PROVIDE PHONE SUPPORT?

Not at this time.

+ DO YOU PROVIDE TECH SUPPORT

LRE Social is set-up to be an easy-to-use DIY feature to grow your brand and marketing. Unless there are issues with our pages, we do not provide one-on-one tech support. If you are having issues with your email service/website/Facebook, etc. please reach out to their support team for assistance. We do not provide tech support for issues utilizing our content on outside providers.

+ ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES?

Everything offered within LRE Social is included within the $25 monthly fee. Ladies of Real Estate does provide additional courses/content for an additional cost on different websites, i.e. our courses.

+ CONTENT GUIDELINE RULES

All graphic content that can be downloaded must NOT be shared until AFTER you have put your branding information on it. Sharing any of the content or graphics with non-members, for purposes outside of your own real estate marketing, is strictly prohibited. Our agents are quick to notify us if they see any abuse of integrity across any platform, please be sure to follow these guidelines to enjoy benefits of this membership and the Ladies of Real Estate group. Use in a prohibited manner will lead to a legal pursuit of action.

+ CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

When you cancel your account, termination is immediate. We do not refund a balance for the remaining days. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to use of the membership, single page website, landing pages, Facebook auto-poster, or any other content source. All use of LRE Social and it's products are terminated. You may continue to utilize the customized digital graphics you ordered during the term of your membership, i.e. email signature, logos, Facebook covers, flyers, etc.

+ I AM A PAYING MEMBER & WAS REMOVED FROM LRE FACEBOOK GROUP

Being a paying member of the LRE Social membership is not affiliated with granting access to the Ladies of Real Estate public Facebook groups. If any group rules are broken, you will be removed from the public group, regardless of your status of our paid membership program.

+ I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to visit the login tab and click the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password. If you’re not seeing the reset option come to your inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder. Our system does not give us the option to change your password.

+ I FORGOT MY EMAIL

If you don’t remember the email you used to login to your account, please contact us at support@ladiesofrealestate.com

+ I ALREADY SIGNED UP AND IT’S ASKING ME TO SIGN UP AGAIN.

Please be sure you’re signing in with the same email you used upon sign-up. This has been an issue with members using a separate email to login. The system will not recognize you and will request you to sign up again. If you don’t remember your email, reach out to us at support@ladiesofrealestate.com

+ DO YOU OFFER AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION?

+ CAN YOU CHANGE MY BILLING DATE?

Unfortunately, our system does not give us the option (at this time) to change your billing date. If you’d like to change it, you can cancel your account, and sign back up on the date you prefer your account to be charged.

+ MY ACCOUNT CANCELLED, HOW DO I SIGN BACK UP?

In most scenarios, you’ll just need to log back into your account and it will prompt you to enter your new billing information to reinstate your account. If you’re unable to login, you will need to recreate an account with us.

+ HOW CAN I SIGN UP MY WHOLE BROKERAGE?

If you have more than 5 agents within your brokerage, you can reach out to us at support@ladiesofrealestate.com for a discounted monthly rate. If you have less than 5 agents, they will need to create an account of their own. Or, you can create an account for them on their behalf using a brokerage provided email address you have control of.

+ CAN MY ASSISTANT ORDER FOR ME?

Absolutely! If you have an assistant on your team who handles your marketing and branding, they can place design orders on your behalf. However, they will not be able to submit design orders for both you and themselves.

+ CAN MALE AGENTS SIGN UP?

Absolutely! Although the LRE branding is feminine, our content is customizable enough for male real estate agents to use our designs. We have quite a few male agents utilizing our services.

+ DO YOU HAVE CONTENT IN SPANISH?

Not at this time.

+ CAN LENDERS SIGN UP?

Absolutely, though they may be limited on how they can use certain features.

+ DO YOU HAVE CONTENT FOCUSED ON OTHER REGIONS?

Not at this time. LRE Social is U.S. based and our primary feature is providing branding and marketing solutions for U.S. based agents. However, we have hundreds of Canadian agents who are utilizing our material.

+ MY POSTS ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE AREN’T GOING THROUGH

Our FREE Facebook page is moderated by multiple volunteers, admins, and moderators. We will not be able to provide a response to why your post was not approved. Please review the group rules prior to publishing, as this may give you a better understanding of what our team allows. Also keep in mind, there are many posts that we don’t allow through, if such topics have caused “drama” with group members in the past.
