In this week's Facebook challenge, we challenge you to ask a previous or current client to do a video review of your services. Choose one you've built a strong bond with and you know had a good experience with you. You can also give them a little gift as a mini bribe/compensation for their time.
You don't need any fancy tools to get this review completed. You can use a simple DSLR, or a nice smartphone camera if you have a fairly new one. Be sure to stand outside (natural light is always best) and preferably in front of the client's house. (Address hidden/blurred.) Asked them to say a few things about your experience together and how they'd refer you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Make it a lighthearted and natural experience, you don't want it to come off scripted and fake. You'll then use this video to post on your Facebook business page, on your personal page, on Instagram, on your website, and across any other social media platforms you use. Be sure to write a small blurb in the text of your post about how much you enjoyed working with your clients, and add a call to action with either your website or phone number, for anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
